All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If an unexpected delay occurs due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to Germany.

If your shipping address is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to deliver to that location.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using reliable international logistics partners. The carrier is selected based on the destination and service availability.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Germany: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times begin after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders delivered within Germany.

If additional shipping options become available, the applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipments within Germany, customers generally do not incur customs duties.

For any future international shipments, customs duties, import taxes or other government charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any applicable charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions
Transportation disruptions
Customs inspections
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Other unforeseen events

We appreciate your understanding should such delays occur.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

Address changes may only be possible before the order has been shipped.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the package (if applicable)
Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11. Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered because of:

An incorrect shipping address
Failure to collect the package
Refusal to accept delivery
Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

the shipment may be returned to us.

Any further action, including reshipment or refund, will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

12. Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
